We provide the following types of inspections:
Exterior Occupancy Verification, Interior Vacant Walk Through, Insurance Loss Draft, Disaster, Bankruptcy and Sale Date.
IndustryMortgage Field Services IndustryExperienceo Experienced with National providers like MCS, Cyprexx, Service Link, etc.
o Operational knowledge in the Mortgage Field services industryo College Degree preferredo Microsoft Excel - need to be very comfortable working with excel (i.
e.
create pivot tales)o InspectorADE - Extensive back-office InspectorADE knowledge required.
Here is a list of the daily task, duties and responsibilities that the Inspection Manager will be irresponsible for.
Daily Inspector Updateso Manage and coordinate the inspector network with the intent to identify those inspectors that are not completing work and what might be causing the delayo Send daily late work request messages out to inspectors who have late work in their queueo Maintain the company inspector dashboard with updates from the fieldo Work with inspectors directly to answer their questions (address location, form questions,inspection requirements, etc.
)o Take inspector phone calls and provide needed information when requestedo Assure orders are being completed and managed through InspectorADEo Communicate with Senior Management on a daily basis to relay inspector updatesPast Due Inspection o Using InspectorADE to identify extremely aged inspections o Follow up with inspectors via phone and messaging to determine the delay reason, estimated completion date and overall situation.
o Take ownership over extremely aged orders to make sure the inspector is completing them.
Inspection Managemento Reassign work between inspectors depending on who is working and who is not workingo Coordinate pay and expectations for out of territory fill in workFollow-Up Neededo Coordinate with inspectors to make sure follow up corrections are getting doneo Answer client estimated completed date emails related to follow-up needed inspectionso Answer clarification questions for client and inspectors related to follow upsNew Hire management o Track New Hires during first 30 days to make sure that they have clicked download, completed first day of inspections, and check in on them via phone call.
o If someone isn't getting their work done, you can have the Director of Recruiting track them down for a status updateUnassigned Queue o Manage Unassigned Queue to assign orders to nearby inspectorso Coordinate pricing and coverageo Communicate holes to VP of Operations so they can work on long term solutions.
Client Communicationo Work with clients to provide daily status updates on late inspections.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
