Acquiring, processing, and registering customer invoices using various accounting software and systemsDeveloping and maintaining accurate records, including financial reports on sales, expenditures, and revenuesProcessing payrollRecording and maintaining financial transactionsPerforming reconciliations of bank and credit card accountsAssisting in the budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and audit processRunning and reviewing various financial reportsCommunicating with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as an accounting associate or book keeper.Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve financial goals.Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.Interested in hearing more?
