= Full Time & Part Time Regular Staff Only As a Security Officer, you will carry out our Mission of Love by resolving security situations on Masonic Village's property and provide on campus personnel to make competent decisions for positive event resolution.
Our Security Officer is responsible for the following:
Patrols the buildings and grounds in an effective manner and identifies unusual circumstances and take the appropriate action to resolve situations.
Secures and maintains the security of buildings.
Prepares reports in a clear and concise manner using mobile collection device and workstation PC and sends reports to appropriate personnel.
Maintains an accurate computerized log of all activities.
Manages fire, medical, security, and general assistance situation involving residents, visitors and employees through interaction with local emergency responders using data collection, interviews, and response techniques.
This would include utilizing the automatic external defibrillator (AED) in emergency medical situations.
Performs monthly and annual inspections of fire extinguishers in a timely and accurate manner.
Identifies extinguishers that need serviced and arranges for maintenance to be per formed.
Also performs live fire extinguisher training during employee in-services.
Provides support to various departments after normal business operating hours including but not limited to Resident Care, post office mail delivery, Maintenance support and customer service operations.
Investigates lost, stolen and missing items to establish location or mode of disappearance.
What You Definitely Have:
Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent.
Good Written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Previous security/police experience or completion of post High School course work in criminal justice or security (preferred).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
