Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system (Visual Matrix) - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
