This is a 100% on-site position, which means you will have the chance to work face-to-face with the AmpliSource team! With this opportunity, you'll have the chance to oversee all day-to-day office activities, support the Executive Team, and ensure deadlines are met according to business standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll:
Manage the process of recruiting, selecting, and making job offers to candidates in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Update personnel changes within our system, including hiring, promotions, pay increases, PTO, and terminations.
Payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll by ensuring employees are paid timely and accurately, and are provided benefits they elect.
Maintain employee personnel files and required documentation.
Office Management:
Ensuring public areas are presentable, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Help with organization of team or company-wide activities as required.
Ensuring sufficient inventory of office supplies are well-organized and easily accessible by staff as needed.
Ensuring that office printers are available with extra ink and paper available as needed.
Filing, faxing, organizing, and scanning of various documents.
Prepare DOT requirements, company compliance filings, and other reporting.
Oversee accident, injury, and property damage reports by transmitting information to the insurance company.
Other Duties:
Arrange and coordinate departmental travel.
Organize and coordinate departmental planning and moves.
Other duties Assigned, including but not limited to:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
Ability to work independently when necessary and adapt to changing scenarios.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of HR generalist experience or equivalent business experience preferred.
Experience with maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
Experience with office supply ordering, coordinating office events and meetings, and preparing monthly expense reports.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
