Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages and taking food orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, handling tickets, skills machines, and pa lottery as well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink and food orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters, sanitizing utensils, and restocking supplies - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations -RAMP certification is required - Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales Requirements:
- Previous experience in the industry in bartending is a must.
Club experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
